Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without citing any reason. The cancellation period expires thirty days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically owns the good.

Please contact us directly, should you wish to use the right of withdrawal. This can be done through an unequivocal statement, for example by using the European standard form for withdrawal (European Model form for right of withdrawal) or by sending your product to:

Return procedure

Products you wish to return must be done so via our return request system.  Products that are not requested via our return request system will not be accepted.
If you want to return a product to us and subsequently receive your money back, please follow the following procedures: Indicate that the request for revocation is a revocation / return request and NOT a repair. The return must clearly show that it is a revocation. After cancellation, the products must be returned to us within 14 days. You will receive a notification per email once the return has been accepted.

Use our return request system to return a product to us quickly and easily. EFFECTS OF THE REVOCATION

If you revoke the contract, you will receive all payments you have made up to that moment, including delivery costs, without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract, from us back.

We will pay you back with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case, no costs will be charged for such reimbursement.

We may wait with the refund until we have received the goods back, or you have shown that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You must return the goods to us immediately or in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you have notified us of the decision to cancel the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods are for the customer’s own account.
You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. We will receive the products, including packaging, in as original as possible and undamaged return. If your return does not meet our requirements, we will send it back to you.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS RETURN SHIPMENT

– The order must, if reasonably possible, be returned in its original packaging;
– The order must be provided with a proper packaging. If necessary, around the original packaging;
– Do not stick stickers or banknotes on the original packaging;

– Send your invoice or a copy of it with the return shipment;

EXCEPTION OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In-ear headphones are excluded from the right of withdrawal in connection with hygiene if you have broken the seal. “

COMPLAINTS & DISPUTES

If you are not satisfied with the products or services of Friendly Mobiles B.V., do not hesitate to contact Friendly Mobiles. If you have a complaint about a delivered article or our service, please contact Friendly Mobiles within 2 months after the defect has revealed itself or you reasonably could have learned about it. A complaint submitted to Friendly Mobiles will be answered by Friendly Mobiles within a period of 14 days after receipt, you will always receive a confirmation of receipt of your complaint within 48 hours. Friendly Mobiles has an internal complaints committee that has the objective to always solve problems or complaints in consultation with the customer and in the best possible way.
Are you not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? Then you can submit this to the Geschillencommissie Thuiswinkel, PO Box 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague (www.sgc.nl). You can also submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform
