At Friendly Mobiles we want to make it as easy as possible for you to place an order. Therefore, you place an order with us in 5 simple steps:
Step 1. Product page
Indicate on the product page which quantity you wish to order and place it in the shopping cart by clicking the “Add to cart” button. This is only possible if the product is in stock. Make sure you select the right quantity. By default, every product is set to one (1) unit.
Step 2. Shopping cart
The checkout process begins here. After adding the product you wish to order, a screen will pop up with an overview of the products you have selected.
You are now offered three choices:
- 1. View cart:
When clicking on this, you will get a clear overview of the products that are currently in your shopping cart. Check here if you have placed the right product(s) and the desired quantity in the shopping cart. From here you can proceed to checkout, adjust the chosen product and quantity or remove any.
- 2. Checkout:
If you click on this you go to the next step in the ordering process. That is step 3, where you are asked to fill in your data.
- 3. Continue shopping:
If you click on this, the pop-up screen of the shopping cart will close. From here you can continue shopping on our site. The previously selected product(s) will remain in your shopping cart. You can always find the contents of your shopping cart at the top right of the main menu.
Step 3. Your data
We first ask you to fill in your “billing details”. Note that when you enter your details, the fields marked with an * are required to fill in, in order to complete an order. If you have filled in a field correctly, a green check mark will appear behind the relevant field. If you forget a field or enter it incorrectly, a message with the text “This is a required field” appears in red. The moment you enter your postcode and house number, the street name is automatically searched, always check if it is correct! Then click on the “continue” button. You can always go back to this screen by clicking “edit” again. You will now be taken to the shipping details page.
Here you can choose to enter a different shipping address, if it differs from the billing address. By checking the box you can enter another shipping address. You also have the option to leave a note for us here.
On the right side you see an overview of your order. You can still change your order by clicking on “edit” at the top right.
Click on “continue” to go to the next step.
Step 4. Shipping and payment
You are now on the “Payment Method” page. Now select the desired payment method. More information about the different payment methods can be found on the page “Payment options“
Now select the desired payment method. You can choose from 10 methods, depending on your country. If you place an order before 15:00 you will receive it the next day (with the exception of Saturday, if you order on Saturday you will receive your order the following Tuesday).

Step 5. Overview
On the right you still see the overview of your order. Check for the last time whether your order is complete and to your satisfaction, including the correct products and quantities.
Once you have agreed with our terms and conditions, tick the relevant boxes and click “place order”. You will now receive an order confirmation to your email. If you have not received it, please check your SPAM folder or contact us on email@example.com
