Shipping & Delivery:
Friendly Mobiles works together with GLS to ensure your shipment gets to you safely and on time. Although we dispatch orders that are made before 15:00 the same day (except Saturday) , we cannot guarantee that the order is shipped and received as originally indicated. Friendly Mobiles B.V. is not liable for delays with GLS.
Product in stock:
If a product is in stock, we will clearly state this on the relevant product page. We always ship with GLS ExpressParcel. Further explanation about this shipping method can be found below.
Friendly Mobiles uses the national express service GLS ExpressParcel. As soon as the carrier has collected the package, you will receive a track & trace code via email, so that you can always track your package. We deliver within the Netherlands from Monday to Saturday at 5 pm at the latest.
The package must always be signed and will therefore not be delivered to the neighbours.
In the unlikely event that you are not at home, the driver will leave a not-at-home message in your mailbox. This message contains a code that allows you to check online what time the driver will make another attempt to deliver your package.
If this does not work out, you can also re-schedule the delivery online, up to a week in advance. You can moreover choose to pick up the package yourself at one of the GLS shops or GLS depots. This information can also be found if you enter the code of your not-at-home message online on the GLS website.
