The legal guarantee applies to all items that you purchase from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect. In addition to the legal warranty, we also provide a 2-year warranty on our premium refurbished hardware and 1 year on our accessories. This additional warranty does not affect the legal guarantee. Consult our Terms and Conditions for more information.
Once we receive your service request, we will email you a verification that you are in the system by giving you an RMA (Return Material Authorisation) number, along with a shipping label. Keep this RMA number as your reference. You will NOT receive an RMA number if you have not switched off the FMI function. See next point.
VERY IMPORTANT: We can’t process your service request until you do this. And please do NOT try to turn it on again as this will immediately stop the RMA process.
No problem. You can enter multiple units using the same form where you apply for your RMA number.
Need repair out of warranty?
If your product is out of its 2-year warranty, you can still register for repair. We will provide you with an estimation of the repair costs before we start the repair.
